We have been in this Industry for over four decades plying passenger buses between Erode, salem, palani, Madurai and pollachi. Thangaraj, Group Chairman, who is also the president of Tamilnadu Bus Operators Association(1999 – Till date) and Vice president of Confederation of Bus operators federations of India(2002-Till date). In 2005 he receivedthe coveted "Transport Samrat " award by central govt for his contribution in Transport Industry. The bus driver plays a very important role in this business and the company ensures that the drivers are thoroughly trained to handle needs of customers. Tracking System has been introduced to regularly monitor the movement of vehicles to keep up the timing and safety of the vehicles. Customer's complaints are monitored at once and strict disciplinary action being taken on erring drivers and employees. This is unavoidable as the credibility of the company depends totally on the behavior of the employees. However, such disciplinary action has helped to improve the service.
